Delivery
We provide complimentary delivery on many products to the UK Mainland exceeding £49, inclusive of VAT. Some product ranges are not included in this offer - these exceptions will be clearly stated in the product details section.
For orders under £49, inclusive of VAT, delivery charges will be assessed at checkout.
Our shipping services extend across England, Wales, and Scotland, excluding some remote areas in northern Scotland and nearby islands, which necessitate a delivery timeframe of at least two days and may incur additional fees. Please verify the DPD postcode exclusions for these regions on thier website.
In instances where items within a single order have varying lead times, dispatch will align with the product requiring the longest period. We do not dispatch items separately.
The Royal Mail tracked 48 service for parcels and Royal Mail 48 Large letter for small items. Once items are dispatched from our warehouse, specific delivery times and dates cannot be assured, as any delays are outside of our control.
Please note that products over 1 metre in length are subject to a £15 inc. VAT delivery charge, irrespective of basket value. Affected products will have this specified in the product details section.
Return Policy
Returns within 28 Days of Receipt
You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To qualify for a refund, returned items will undergo an inspection to ensure they meet the return criteria.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to decline refunds for items that:
- Are damaged, show signs of wear, or are not in a resalable condition.
- Lack original packaging or are returned beyond the 28-day window.
- Are lost in transit if not sent via a trackable method.
Currently, we do not offer free returns. Arrangements for returning items must be managed by the yourself.

In select cases, we may allow returns beyond this window, subject to an additional restocking fee based on the time elapsed and the specific items returned. If a return is refused, you will be notified and given 7 days to collect the items, after which they will be discarded.

A returns form is required for ALL returns, please email us and we will send you an appropriate form to include.
For your protection, we recommend choosing a tracked return service to provide proof of delivery, as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.

Items custom-made to your specifications cannot be returned.
