Description

This 2.5mm 5Core SY Flex Cable from an non specific brand is perfect for control applications. It features a steel braided conductor and a transparent PVC outer sheath, and is sold per metre. The conductor stranding is class 5 flexible, with an operating temperature of maximum 70°C and minimum flexing 0°C. The conductor identification is two core - brown and blue, three core - brown, blue and green/yellow, four core - brown, grey, black and green/yellow, and five core - brown, grey, black, blue and green/yellow. The minimum bending radius is 6 x overall diameter, and the operating temperature is maximum 90°C with minimum flexing 0°C. The combustion characteristics are HCL emission maximum 0.5% in acc. BS6425: pt1, and the cable complies with the requirements of the fire test BSEN50266-1:2001 (previously BS4066 :pt3).
