The LOOVENT eco dMEV HT Centrifugal Fan from Airflow (code: LVECODHT) is a powerful, discreetly styled fan that is modular in design for ease of installation and maintenance. It is suitable for new build and refurbishment of toilets, en-suites, bathrooms, utilities and kitchens if installed adjacent to the hob, and SAP Appendix Q eligible dMEV versions are available for Continuous Ventilation in new build homes.

The fan has a powerful 2 Speed Centrifugal Fan (up to 31l/sec) and is the smallest footprint in its class. It can be surface or recessed, portrait or landscape, and is simple to replace existing Loovent fans with the same mounting and spigot position. It is economical to operate (from 2.8 watts) and very quiet running (from 25.2 dB(A)), with a low SFP that complies with current Building Regulations. It is IPx5 rated, so can be installed in Zone 1 or 2, and has an optional 2 minute delay start function on Intermittent versions. It also has an adjustable run on timer between 2 and 45 minutes, a pull cord to boost/ override, an auto shut off sensor for added safety, and a longer life ball bearing motor for more reliable operation.

The fan also has an easy to clean wipe clean cover, is ideal for ducted installations (maintains 15l/sec over 6m of flexible ducting incl 2 x 90 degree bends, meeting requirements of Domestic Ventilation Compliance Guide), and has a modular design for quick and easy first and second fit. It is also universal voltage, and has timer, humidity timer and motion sensor timer versions.
